Self-contained compute units designed for resilience, scale, and grid independence in the Florida sun.
Each Hive pod is a self-contained compute unit: 50kW of designed capacity, 12.5kW of battery storage for peak shaving and backup, and a direct solar feed from The Florida Sun array.
Current operations run at approximately 25kW — half of designed capacity — as we scale methodically toward full deployment. Two pods anchor the ecosystem today: one for 9Core Compute, one shared by SunBit Mining and Kasper Transactions.
Solar array generates clean, predictable power for the entire Hive formation. Primary energy source with zero fuel cost volatility.
Lithium battery containers store excess generation and provide peak shaving. Grid independence during cloudy periods and night cycles.
Self-contained compute units housing 395ai nodes, 370 workhorses, and 5850 mining rigs. Redundant power rails, thermal zoning.

Each Hive pod is a standalone unit. Add a pod, add 50kW of capacity. No rewiring. No reconfiguration. Just plug in the solar, connect the battery, and start hashing.
This modularity means we can scale incrementally — adding pods as revenue justifies investment — without ever overbuilding.
